Mizpah Cottage
A restored Grade II listed building. Three star
self catering accommodation.
MIZPAH- was built in the 18th century on three storeys with all
the original beams made from old ship's timbers. So ceiling and
floors have a distinctly nautical feel! the panelling in several
rooms is also from old ship's cabins.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen finished in
antique pine, complete with dresser, table and chairs. There is
also a small utility area with dishwasher and washing machine.
On the first floor there's a cosy sitting room and a
Victorian-style
bathroom. The second floor has 2 bedrooms: 1 double room with a
brass bed and one bunk-bedded room suitable for children or
adults.
Situated opposite the Life boat station in the harbour area of
the town.
