Our Terms and Conditions

Payment: We request a non refundable deposit of 25% at the time of reservation, the balance to be paid 4 weeks before the start of the letting period.  If booking within the 4 week period, please send the full amount with your reservation.

Conditions: We shall accept your booking providing that the party does not exceed 4 persons at any time during the letting period.  The cottage must be vacated before 10:00am on the day of departure. Please do not arrive before 3:00pm as this allows us time to clean between lettings.  We trust, however, that you will leave the cottage in a reasonable state.

In the event of cancellation the deposit will be retained so we would advise you take out holiday insurance to cover unforeseen events.

Booking: If you wish to make a reservation please email with details of the cottage you would like to rent, your name, address and telephone number.  the dates required, the number of people and pets in your party and any special requirements such as a cot.  A deposit can be paid by VISA OR MASTERCARD by telephoning 01271 864679 .
