Cherub Cottage
A
restored Grade II listed building.
Four star self catering accommodation.
Cherub is to be found at the bottom of Fore St, Ilfracombe's oldest street. The street itself is a real mis-match of individual, quaint old houses, linking the High Street to the Harbour.
There has been a dwelling on the site of the cottage for at least 500 years.
Turn left out of the cottage and you can see the Lifeboat house and beyond it the harbour, just
a minute away.
Like all of our cottages, Cherub has only recently been completely renovated.
On three floors: on the ground floor is the entrance hall. The first floor has a pretty four-poster bedroom, en-suite shower room with toilet and hand basin. The second floor has a lovely fully fitted oak kitchen with a carved walnut antique-style dining suite. A comfortable, pretty living room, twin bedroom and Victorian bathroom. As one might expect, the cottage is full of cherubs.
